Happy New Year

Happy New Year to you!

I want to share with you a concept that I speak about every year around this time.  This idea was shared with me by my mentor and friend Dan Collins.

 

Every January, we tend to consider what we are going to for ourselves in the new year - exercise more, lose weight, stop drinking or change our diet.  Mostly, actions that we will need to sacrifice something, give something up, and try to live without.  They usually are a sacrifice of some kind.  

So, let's change that up.  Let's look at several areas of our lives that we can add to, or improve in some other way.  
Essentially there are four domains in this strategy - Self-Care, Work and Finance, Purpose and Growth and Family, Friends and Playtime.
