Meet Mark

Mark is a mental health expert and strategist.  He works with high-performing teams and leaders under high pressure, and in fast-moving environments to help create sustainable peak performance.

He also works with organisations to be proactive in preventing mental health and burnout issues that hinder teams and individuals from delivering their best.  He shifts the mindset from being the ‘ambulance at the bottom of the cliff’ to being the ‘fence at the top of the cliff’.

Mark is an accredited Clinical Psychotherapist and Program Director, with 25 years corporate experience and 15 years’ clinical experience in the field, equipping him a deep knowledge of the mental health challenges your people face.

Recognising Safety, Trust and Belonging as the cornerstones of effective teamwork, Mark hacks his clinical mental health experience to deliver the most robust evidence-based solutions for Better Teams, Better Leaders and Better People.

A published researcher in workplace wellbeing, Mark develops and delivers workplace wellbeing programs, as well as presenting at (virtual and IRL) conferences and workplace symposiums. Mark holds two Master’s degrees in the mental health field and is sought after for his expertise in aligning productivity and wellbeing at work. 

Before his clinical career, Mark spent 25 years in senior management roles working with international and Australian corporations, SMEs and not-for-profit organisations.

As a highly experienced facilitator and team coach, Mark has worked with multiple corporate and not-for-profit organisations to increase team engagement and effectiveness. He has intimate knowledge and understanding of the pressures senior leadership teams face, having led various organisational change processes from executive positions – effectively transitioning teams through organisational growth, downturns, culture change, restructures and joint venture partnerships.
